A fire on Thursday evening near Princeton claimed one life, according to police.
WPKY said Princeton Fire was called to a home on South Jefferson Street. Firefighters reportedly called the Caldwell County Sheriff's Office to investigate. Kentucky State Police were also brought in on the case.
On Friday, KSP released the name of the woman found in the home. They said that 93-year-old Dorothy D. Sparks was deceased when she was located inside the home.
Sparks will be taken to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
